Supplies are very limited

Must live in Forrest County and outside the city limits of Hattiesburg;
Must be age 65 or older and/or disabled; (can be under 65 if disabled);
Veterans and those living in trailers will be given priority;
Must be at or below 125% of the poverty level established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services ($1063/month single individual; $1426/month two person family);
Recipients must pick up the radio in person and must substantiate their eligibility at the time of pick up by providing:
Photo ID and income through bank or social security statements;
