When 82 year old Mary began to lose her eyesight and had a slight stroke, she began to worry about what would happen to her. But now that two Faith in Action volunteers read her the newspaper and help with simple chores, Mary knows she can cope. Mary has outlived her family, but has found a new family in Faith in Action volunteers. "Mary was very lonely but just didn't want to ask," said Faith in Action volunteers. "But now she looks forward to us coming and we get so much from each other."
